Cancellation, refunds & digital delivery

Planned digital service

Reports will be delivered digitally; no physical products are shipped. The intended delivery target is within 24 hours after successful payment and confirmation of the agreed, authorized scope.

Proposed cancellation and refund terms

When ordering opens, the intended policy is to allow cancellation before testing begins and to refund an order if the agreed report cannot be delivered within the promised window. Refund eligibility, the support procedure and expected processing times will be finalized and published before checkout opens.

No minimum number of defects is promised. A completed report finding no reproducible defects within the agreed scope is not, by itself, a delivery failure.
